LUMBERTON, N.C. (WNCN) - A 34-year-old man has been arrested and charged in the Nov. 5 kidnapping and murder of 13-year-old Hania Noelia Aguilar, the FBI announced early Saturday.

Michael Ray McLellan was already in custody in connection with an attempted robbery in Fairmont in October.

Hunter Glass with the "Search for Me Foundation" says the remains of Andrew Browne were believed to be found near Martin Middle School off Ridge Road. Police haven't yet identified them.
"There are things at the scene that lead us to believe was have found Andrew," Glass said.
