Too many things in this investigation are undocumented, occurring in the shadows. A little light might be the best antiseptic.

I can't believe I'm so naive that I actually thought that with a ruling in his favor from this court, Dassey would be released.

I couldn't help but hope that the strong wording showed here from the 7th Circuit is, hopefully at least, a foreshadowing that the courts someday will see that SA also, at some point, be absolved from having committed these crimes,as this court seems to, at least, be implying that a "brutal killer remains at large." :crossfingers: anyways and JMO.

I have read most of the decision... I have been thinking about it as I'm cooking supper, and had to come ask if anyone knows...

IF BD's confession is involuntary, and the search warrant on March 1st was obtained because of information that Brendan provided in that interview, is that search warrant no longer valid? and would that mean anything from that search would be "fruit from the poisonous tree"?
