Circumstances of Recovery Decedent was found floating in the Atlantic Ocean by a passing vessel. Approx. Coordinates: 28 35.438N 080 03.081W -- Remains were recovered by USCG & transported to the District 18 MEO. Advanced decomposed remains were those of an adult male of black / African American descent.
