Circumstances of Discovery Decedent was one of four bodies recovered by the United States Coast Guard. The remains were found floating in the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 53 nautical miles Northeast of Cape Canaveral, FL. The remains are believed to be linked to a capsized 25 foot boat which cast off Bimini, Bahamas several days earlier. The boat was allegedly loaded with approximately 40 persons. Department of Homeland Security(HSI/ICE) is lead law enforcement agency.
