Oh yes, I think that you should. That spike is such a unique feature that I think someone who knew this Doe may very well remember it.

I took some screenshots of the "missing balsero", and I want to keep him as unidentifiable as possible, so quality isn't great. In one screenshot there seems to be a spike like the one in the dental plates, while in the others he appears edentulous.
In the photos he looks thin, but not quite as thin as 104 pounds though, maybe older photos? The hair color seems to match... Brown with grey. He's just not "Pre 30", as the John Doe is listed in NamUs.

Honestly, really hard to say. The top picture is where I can see what is maybe a spike. The weight on NAMUS could be the remains. In life he probably weighed more than 100 lbs, especially at 5'7".
