Circumstances of Recovery: A group of individuals were fishing in the Haulover Canal. One individual walked into the wooded area south of the canal to urinate and observed a human skull. The skull had a stick protruding from the base of it in the opening of a tree truck. The stick was not attached to the tree and appeared to have been placed there with the skull on it.
