Britney Spears was arrested in Ventura County, California Wednesday night for a DUI, law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Dispatch audio reveals Britney Spears was seen swerving and speeding before her driving under the influence arrest on March 4.

“Black BMW sedan in and out of lanes… speeding,” the dispatch audio exclusively obtained by Page Six reveals. “2026 convertible out of LA.”

“Can we send all units down towards this area please,” an officer said in the audio, as units could be heard following behind the vehicle and detailing the exact location of the car.

Britney Spears has resolved her March DUI case, pleading guilty to a reduced charge of reckless driving, Ventura County DA Erik Nasarenko announced. Through counsel, Spears took responsibility and entered the plea just two months after the incident.Under the agreement, Spears will serve 1 year of probation and must complete a 3-month alcohol education program. She will also have a diminished expectation of privacy in her vehicle: if stopped, she must submit to alcohol or drug testing, and her car can be searched for intoxicants. She is prohibited from driving with any intoxicant in her system. In support of her ongoing treatment, Spears is required to attend psychiatrist visits twice a month and weekly sessions with a psychologist.
