I might get pounded for this, but when I read that Britney's timing re: the divorce was not accidental and that Nov. 6 was the last possible day that she could file and not have to pay for another year of spousal support according to the iron-clad pre-nup, I cheered.

The reason I might get jumped on for posting this is because I thought Tom Cruise was such a jerk when he did the same thing with Nicole by filing shortly before the 10 year mark for their marriage. By doing so, he didn't not have to give Nicole as much $$$$ as he would have had they been married beyond 10 years.

Ha, yeah, I have a double-standard. The difference though is that Nicole was not a loser like KF.

I have no doubt bout the timing of her filing for divorce.

she's had it planned.

expect photos of the second baby probably soon and equally probably in People Magazine.

she can do it now so as Fedex won't get any share of the proceeds.

p.s. does Fedex even know his second son is named Jayden James and not Sutton Pierce? :doh:
