I really don't think the video contents will have an adverse effect on Britney. However, the selling of the video may have an adverse effect on Kevin.

Oh! I gotcha now! Would a court even take his petition for custody seriously? I know they have to take it seriously- but come on, he is such a travelin man, how on earth could he care for those precious babies? I know that in some people's eyes that Brit isn't the worlds best mom, I don't see it that way- she's a youngun and just has to learn like some of the rest of us BUT I don't think I have even seen a pic of KFed holding the older boy (haven't seen pics of the new one...) or acting like a doting father in any way.

IA,Brit has been critisized for having too much hired help,but at least she's looking after their well-being,unlike kfed,who could obviously care less.If I were her I would look into permanently terminating his parental rights,in case something happens to her,and find a suitable legal guardian.He's just not capable of being a single parent,IMO.

With today's global media technology if you make a sex tape, you are ending up on the internet. Period. I ran across a site where husbands take secret video of their wives and post it on amateur sex sites. God only knows how many women don't even know they are wanking material for guys in remote parts of the world

Here's my advice: Don't make sex tapes or take naked photos unless you are prepared for the entire world to have access to them at some point.

Guys also do this in divorces to humiliate their pain-in-the- ex-wives who are trying to bleed them dry. Great avenue for revenge.

Judge Judy was on the Larry King show last night and she was quite surprised to hear about the honeymoon sex tape. She basically said that any judge would deny custody to him if he was offering that to the public. (Which was already stated above!)
