As I said, I have been reading along and I have had a couple of thoughts.

Re: Maybe Brooke knew something and that's why they had to get rid of her-
It doesn't seem like Brooke would willingly spend the night there and then stay alone with those two after her aunt went to work if she had any idea what was going on there.

Re: AR and how she could be a willing accomplice-
Besides being afraid of the ramifications if she didn't cooperate, somewhere in her poor abused psyche she probably learned to equate the attention she was getting from MJ as fatherly love and it made her feel special. Perhaps she resented that he was no longer satisfied with her and turning his attention to Brooke?

John Stephen Grosenheider is abscounded at the moment so they have no clue where he is. Could he possibly be at the Alabama house, and got a quick call to get out of there.

What if MJ and original plans to take Brooke to Alabama and meet up with RG, but things did not go as they planned and Brooke was killed before he could make it to Alabama. In my opinion something had to be stored at the Alabama house for RG to hot tail it there. If he was just hiding a safe he could of found a place in Texas to do that.

Would be really interesting to know when the plane ticket to Alabama was purchased, and if the original plan with Brookes family was that RG would fly into Vermont pick Brooke up and take her back to Texas for her visit what date was Brooke suppose to go to Texas.

deltadawn, the only problem I have is #5...why would she need to get her bf's semen on a hanky if she thought Brooke was alive or to be kept alive? Without that, I could see it, but there really would be no reason to plant the semen unless to blame bf for the rape and murder of Brooke. Am I missing something here?

Test the DNA sample & it comes back exonerating MJ....

he probably thought they'd leave him alone... now the heat is off him & he can play in peace.


The fact that they went to so much trouble trying to make it look like Brooke ran off with some stranger from MySpace makes it seem more likely that they did NOT plan to kill her very quickly, if at all.

Christine...what if all that was a ruse to keep them looking in Texas...when in fact his stuff was in Alabama? I find it difficult to believe that he left Texas without properly getting rid of evidence/ material himself...but then again, I just woke up from a nap so may have missed a whole lot in the last couple of hours.
