IMO...this guy is a prime candidate to run. It's only going to get worse for him. I think the judge was an idiot.

One thing to remember is the judge set bail only for what he was charged with. She didn't set bail for anything else he may be connected to for which he has not yet been charged.

For all we know, Brooke was waiting for a "date". Maybe that's why she walked out in opposite directions from the uncle and stuck around the area. I just can't figure the "no cell phone"...again, we don't really know what happened the night before. Also, how did it come to be it was the grandmother who called and said she was missing? Where was/is the mother in all of this?

The WHOLE family thing is kinda weird.

We need to remember that family members have been known to read here, and we would not want to offend them. They are going through enough right now. Also he was convicted before Brooke was even born, so chances are Brooke's parents had no idea about his past. Remember he is related through marriage not blood, so chances are this was kept a secret.

Oooo...you are right. I don't know what I was thinking...it started at 9 yo which would make the victim 14 yo now. This puts Brooke exactly in the right age group. I am gonna hurl now. (and go change my other post)
