Brooke's dad being interveiwed by Nancy Grace.
Dang, Mark Klass blasting the mom.
Dearest Evelyn,Dang, Mark Klass blasting the mom.
OR Breckenridge, TX as Suzi mentioned. (It is closer to Abilene than Dallas)
Where were her relatives from she was going to visit?
There is also a Breckenridge, MI.
Dearest Evelyn,
What did he say? I do not have cable.
Respectfully,

YES! Also when you mentioned this...Carly Bruscia flashed into my mind. No wonder all I got was anger coming from Brooke while watching that video.Showing video of Shasta with Joseph Duncan in a store, and it's the same body language as Brooke with the uncle.
Arms crossed...etc.
Brooke's dad just answered Nancy, "Brooke was allowed to go with sex offender because she spends time with her cousins"
My dearest Littledeer,:blowkiss:If so, then this SOB could easily get released today if he owns his home which of course is worth more than $25,000. Am I reading this right on what Vermont's laws are?

How about the cousins coming over to Brooke's house instead??
sheesh
I'm not blasting JB, because he's trying to do his best answering questions, and I'm sure he wasn't aware what was happening with the mom 24/7.
If you look she has a friend named Brookiepie. She says she is 14, but the site is set to private and has not been logged on since 3/20 which fits what the dad said. I can't tell if it's Brooke or not. I'm not goos at that sort of thing. I would make a really bad eye witness.
I always thought it varies from state to state. The fact that he finished his "treatment" program may have relaxed some of the stipulations. He probably violated his probabtion 'cause he was caught doing the same thing...and it's a crime. Which also means...he was still "under probabtion" from the last time.http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5hM0lsKy_GAvOQ54DpaMK58FhowXAD91KL5V02
I wonder what the terms of his probation are.
