Brooke's stepfather, Ray Gagnon has been arrested on the same charges as her uncle. He was to be arraigned at 1, but it's been postponed.

It could also be court related as to why it could be cancelled. I wish they would release some reason tho.
Maybe the Court Appointed Atty had a conflict or something along those lines.

That arraignment's time and location has yet to be scheduled. State police have scheduled a press conference at 4 p.m. at Whitcomb High School in Bethel.

What I want to know is who is the third man? In the affidavit the female victim says she met with 3 men, 2 have now been arrested but who can the 3rd one be? Can he be holding Brooke right now?

I agree, the mother of the victim had to have known her daughter was being abused, she chose to ignore it

WTH? MJ was arraigned in Orange County District Court...so why not Ray?!

Could this mean it is because things were done on the internet and/or he took the girl across state lines at some point?

what probably triggered this was Michael Jacques arrest record, since he was last seen with Brooke, then one thing led to another....kudos to LE there in VT!!!!
