I want to know where he was the day Brooke disappeared.

As disturbing as this sounds, it may be that the unce was actually delivering Brooke right into the hands of step-dad.

This entire scenario was probably calculated and discussed among the uncle, step-dad, and whoever else was affiliated with this ring.

I have no doubt it was calculated, but who picked her up is still in question.

Her step-father could of come to VT it was said he was there frequently, with the intent of taking Brooke back to Texas, so that part makes sense to me.

He doesnt appear on any of the sex offender registries that I have been able to fine. In addition, I think if he was a RSO the news organizations would be all over that.

Actually I was thinking about this earlier and someone else could have picked her up and he just as easily could have thrown the shoes and clothes out the window of his car on the way home. They where probably not even the ones she was wearing because remember,, he was the one who saw her last and reported what she was wearing last.

ETA: IMO, MJ found the clothes because MJ put them there.

see, i'm back to that as well, which makes me think the step father gave them to him to rid of, away from where ever he was to offset the LE. Dear God, this poor girl. These are not 2 men who know each other, they are in a way related, this crap has been going on for years. Jesus!

I would say the video clearly depicts what she was probably wearing when last seen. So the clothes were probably the ones on the highway. If Creepy Uncle found them...then there had to have been a time when he removed them.

If it was only a shoe...I would be less concerned, but they talked like there was more.

You can see her shoes in the video, plus remember LE has all kinds of equipment to enhance and blow video up so they probably have a very accurate record of what she had on in the convenience store.

Good question. Also, what did they turn up on Uncle Creepy's clothing, car seats, tires, underneath the car, and in his trunk. Same goes for Ray.

He was smart enough to make her leave her cellphone at home. Was he then smart enough not to take his with him?

I think the description of the clothes may have come from the tape. And it shows her wearing white tennis shoes.

There are "summer" sweaters and her top could very well have been considered such. It is hard to tell on the video about the material.
