The affidavit prepared by FBI Special Agent Daniel Rachek suggests that the sex program known as "Breckenridge," was the creation solely of Jacques', a convicted sex offender.

A series of e-mail exchanges quoted in the affidavit and dating back to at least May 28 indicate Jacques intended to abduct Brooke and assault her. In the e-mail exchanges, Jacques uses multiple online identities to manipulate the 14-year-old girl into believing at least three men are involved in the Breckenridge sex ring, the affidavit shows, with two online personas ordering her what to do.

In one exchange dated June 20 between the girl and Jacques, posing under the online pseudonym "Rauel Domingo," Jacques asks the girl if she would willing to help with "the take down and the tie up on Wednesday morning when you get back from Cumberland Farms."

I spent a large amount of my time in the sex offender units and it has always been a revolving door with them.
They are given treatment programs and they attend them. That does not mean that their brains processed the treatment that they were forced to attend.

Well I don't know any statistics, but it stands to reason that there have to be SOME people who have been convicted, gone through the program and never committed a crime again. Otherwise there would not be thousands of programs all over the world. Some people have to have been rehabilitated or else they would not be wasting the money.

I think it is interesting that LE wouldn't say that Breckenridge was or was not a larger ring, but they do think it was started exclusively by Jacques.

Unless DCF has no brains at all (which could be) in VT, AR should be completely away from the family members and hopefully, in protective custody of LE.

I respectfully disagree....wasting taxpayer money doesn't concern them at all. Also, I think there are many classifications of a sex offender. Do they treat them all the same? I should do some research.
