According to a police affidavit charging him with lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor in 1985, Jacques engaged in more than 100 sex acts with an underage female relative over three years when he was a teenager.

The relative became pregnant and had an abortion, the affidavit said. Prosecutors eventually dismissed the case.

According to a police affidavit from the 1992 incident, Jacques abducted the 18-year-old West Rutland woman after she left a Barre bar. He handcuffed her and then forced her to engage in a series of sex acts during the night with a rope around her neck and a cloth in her mouth to prevent her from screaming, the affidavit said.

At one point, Jacques told the woman that seven years before, he had killed an Arizona girl who had threatened to go to police. He then brandished a kitchen knife and held it to the woman’s throat, the affidavit said. The woman was a high school senior at the time.

He “repeatedly stated he had no choice but to kill her, that he knew that she would go to the cops, he didn’t want to but he had to,” the affidavit said. “She felt her death was imminent, that she begged and pleaded for her life.”

The affidavit said she began to negotiate with Jacques after he acknowledged he was mentally unstable. He eventually let her go and promised her he would see a psychiatrist.

Clearly killing was no problem for him. It also answers our question about whether she had the baby or not.

In one of the emails in the affidavit, MJ (posing as C, I believe) tells AR that "dad" needs at least a few hours with Brooke, then he (C) asks AR if she wants some time with her too (did he mean sexually?)

We know that the emails are telling the truth...but don't know that AR is.

What do you guys think?

e-mails don't line up with her initial story- she was holding things back and gradually revealed them as time went by.

Time with Brooke seemed to indicate that AR wanted to hurt her, as hostility towards her, and/or possibly desire to take part in the new girl's initiation, on AR's part was displayed.

I got the feeling that AR did have some sort of desire to harm Brooke, probably because of the crap put in her head by the disgusting pervs now sitting in jail.

I knew two sisters who grew up with physical abuse, and I saw in them a sick satisfaction if the other one was suffering. Survival instinct and warped psyche.

I hope A.R. will undergo intensive deprogramming....Even if she undergoes healing, she will still have to live with the knowledge of having been an accomplice to murder.

AR and MJ left Brooke to wait for the meet person at the store.
MJ said the coffee he bought for himself was bad and threw it out.
AR said the ride to Dunkin Dounuts to get replacement coffee was a lie. It was just an excuse to get away from Brooke (cameras) and then double back to pick her up.

The lie about the DD trip was in one of the first affidavits.
Only adding this because I don't think Brooke was drugged, at least not at that time.

I still remain undecided there. Do we have evidence for the material - pics, films, etc, being distributed, or just produced and purchased from elsewhere?

Personally, I don't think that he would have wanted her drugged. It's beyond sick and disgusting, but I think part of the "thrill" for him is the struggle. I think that a lot of rapists need/want that. Maybe AR was getting too willing and that's one of the reasons (along with puberty) that he needed to move on.

I doubt that they do background checks on their customers.
