I don't see anything in the driver of the Lexus' hand. But the pictures I've seen have her entire window blurred.

They will pull all the phone records for al four drivers I'm assuming.

I don't text when i drive. But sometimes I do have google maps or the traffic app WAZE up on my cell screen when I am in gridlock. I drive the Pacific Coast highway a few times a week. I always use WAZE because if it is closed due to an accident or a rockslide, you are screwed. You can be stranded for hours unless you find it in time to cut back over the canyons. I wonder if the victim might have had a map or a traffic app on her cell at the time?

In this photo linked in an earlier post, the windows haven't been blurred, and it appears that she is holding something in her left hand. To me, it looks like a phone. However, because it's not as clear as needed to state that with very much conviction, I wouldn't put any money on that. If it were enlarged and sharpened up, it could turn out to be something else or nothing at all.

Thank you.

Awe :(
I don't think I was prepared to see her face. She looked so scared. I really hope it was instant and she didn't suffer.

Yes, she is holding something it seems.

ETA: and she did have her seatbelt on. I had wondered about that.

Again, it hit a Prius. We saw the damage to the Prius. It was pretty bad.

So we know from that and the reports that the Lexus hit the rear end of the Prius.

How do we know that Bruce didn't push her into the Prius?

Well, that has not been reported.
But I guess it's possible.

I can only go by what had been reported.

ETA: and if he pushed her straight into the Prius, how did she go in the other lane?
IMO from what I've seen reported, there were 3 impacts.
1)Lexus hit Prius
2) Bruce veered to the right and hit Lexus right side rear bumper
3) Lexus veered (or was pushed) into oncoming traffic.

IF he had then she likely would have stopped in the back of the Prius.
It's pretty clear she hit the Prius, which kept moving.
This gave her room to spin into traffic when Bruce hit her.
Had she truly been "sandwiched" she wouldn't have spun into traffic.

It is my opinion that the Prius driver was still moving or drove away.
Had that person had their foot firmly on the brake... I don't think the Lexus would have spun.
The damage to the Prius may have been worse but likely nobody would have died.
That's just my unprofessional opinion though.:twocents:

I didn't say the Prius driver had his/her foot on the brake. And even if there was an initial "sandwich" the force from basically two trucks hitting her on the rear right could have spun her left.

Has anyone reviewed aerial pics? I can just find one and don't see any skid marks behind Bruce's truck. Feel like there have to be some, though.

I think the roads were wet. It might not have been raining at the moment of the accident, but I believe it was raining all morning on the coast. I am just 8 miles inland, and it was raining for hours already. And I think it was a coastal storm that morning. So I think the roads were slick. JMO

ETA: I just read further along and apparently there were some skid marks...

LE had stated there where marks on the road from Bruce braking.
I'll try to find a link.

Skid marks on the road showed that Jenner tried to stop before rear-ending the Lexus, but the impact of his car pushed the it into oncoming traffic.

KCAL reported Jenner's SUV left skid marks.

Skid marks reportedly reveal Jenner tried to stop before rear-ending the Lexus by chain reaction, pushing the vehicle into oncoming traffic.

Daily Mail so take it for what's it worth.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...-Bruce-Jenner-s-spotted-road-fatal-wreck.html

It was revealed on Monday the Mrs Howe, a widow who owned a house in the same gated Calabasas community where Kim Kardashian lives, did not have a valid driver's license. And has not had one since 2007, the Times reports.

Here is the same thing from US msm.

"According to the DMV, Howe had not had a valid driver’s license since 2007, when it expired. Jenner, who rear-ended Howe’s vehicle, has a valid license, the DMV said."

She had no valid license since 2007, when it expired. Did she have any insurance? If she didn't have a license, how could she have had insurance?

Because in some states you insure the car not the driver.
Was the car in her name?
