I agree, that guy isn't Lars.

Interesting, one of the comments under the video brings up the point there's a guy watching Lars. I , checked it out and it does appear he is watching him, he's actually looking over his shoulder at him as he passes him by as Lars goes towards the Drs. Office. It shows him first at 1:53 in a still. Then in video starting at about 2:18.

This guy is from Bulgaria, he put together few articles about this case, it seems quite valuable.

I think that we have 5 options:
1. He wasn't drugged or irrational and he was followed.
2. He was drugged and irrational as nobody was following him.
3. He was drugged AND totally scared because someone was following him.
4. He wasn't drugged or scared, but he was in hurry and realised that he forgot about something - so he run to get that and anything what happened to him was unrelated to that fight or threats.
5. It was an act to disappear.

Last option seems to be very unlikely since he had no reasons to do it - and his calls and the way he acted at the airport was rather unusual, why someone who wanted to disappear would behave in a way which could bring just more attention to him?

First also doesn't feel right for me. He was at the airport, ready to leave the country, why would he run away from place which is well guarded, relatively safe, full of potential whitnesses and cameras? Even if he wasn't in the right condition for flying, running away from there into unknown, open space, where exist much higher risk for getting harmed?

If people really saying that "such things happen quite often here" there is quite big chance that it's not so much about mystery and more about police negligence (or maybe they don't have a chance to do more). If that taxi driver wasn't shocked by this discovery... if this kind of mentality exist there, would anyone care about some lost, confused man who doesn't know who/where/why he is (there)?

Illegal organ trafficking is everywhere a problem...it's a very ugly and hard business....criminals without any conscious...and very dangerous too.

I don't know much about illegal organ trafficking, I'm from middle-eastern Europe and it seems like a bit of an urban legend around here, it appears in many countries as one of possibilities of why someone went missing but it's (as far as I know) never confirmed. It doesn't mean that it never happened, but it's just highly unlikely considering all other possible causes and even more unlikely in case of a tourist from another country like Germany.
Someone like that will have family and friends with much higher chances of spreading awareness about that disappearance, also there is obviously more money and attention given by local police if they have international case. And after all - it's terrible, but people are more concerned about good looking person which had a good life and went missing than about some random, unemployed Bulgarian guy with no family or family which have very small options of seeking help and forcing anyone to do something about the case - human traffickers doesn't care about people but care about their business, so their will choose victims which let them keep their "business" away from attention and police.

Bulgaria isn't the safest country.
People are sometimes kidnapped and forced to work, women in prostitution, men in some hidden, illegal factories or farms but they are usually lured into this by people who are pretenting to have to offer some good legal jobs (everything seems good at first and at some point they are taking away their id, phone etc.)



I checked out that hostel and I'm not surprised at all that he noticed something weird about it. It looks nightmarish:
