Burger King Fight From Sneezed on Ice Cream Cone

Apparently,

A mother and daughter went to a Memphis Tennessee Burger King. An employee making an ice cream cone that was a part of their order sneezed on the cone. They asked for another one. As they were packing up their computers to leave, employees charged at them and a fight broke out:

The mother and daughter's attorney has filed suit against that local Burger King and Burger King Corporate for millions of dollars.

In that video, it looks to me like one of the customers actually took the first swing.

why did those employees even approach the customers - they should've stayed at their work stations, regardless of how nasty the customers were being
