I hope LE goes door to door in the building where she lives being that her door was unlocked. She could have left with a resident for some reason. My friend just told me it's about $2,000 a month for a one bedroom at that complex. You would think they have security cameras all around there. Even all those buildings on her street has got to have some outdoor security cams.

$2000 a month for the Los Angeles area, especially close to Hollywood is not a building that would likely have cameras.Buildings on the street perhaps, but not the apartment. Rents for the higher end apartments are in the $3000 - $6000 a month range.

I am by no means an insider. I don't know her or her family. I just live in the region, and one can tell by family name to which ethnicity she belongs. Albanians are minority in Macedonia. 25% of the population of Macedonia are ethnic Alabanians.

So you're not 100% sure she was born in Albania or is Albanian? Just assuming by the family name? I'm clueless about that stuff. Good to have someone from the area here!

She is NOT from Albania. Her Citizenship is Macedonian, but nationality is Albanian. Albanians are spread in 6 different countries in Balkans. In Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece!
There is fairly big community of Albanians in Turkey, Croatia, Italy...
I DON'T know her family personally, but I am 100% sure they are native Albanians.

uh... and yes...
as far as I know, even Macedonians need visas for US. Procedures to get one, are very long and painful.
The fact that her mother was able to travel so quickly, makes me think that she has some kind of visa.

Regarding the photos:

I assume that as an aspiring actress she needed portfolio. Professional photos, including make-up cost allot in US. In Macedonia she could get them much cheaper or even for free if she is friends with them, or just because they see it as an "investment" in future Hollywood star.
Photo studio is clearly located i Skopje, capital of Macedonia and I don't think it is in anyway related with the current situation.

Yeah, I'm just saying we don't know where they were taken, because photographers travel. I modeled in my early 20s, which wasn't long ago. It's actually not too difficult to get makeup and professional photos.

Albanian and Macedonian are two completely different nations with nothing in common. Nor culture, religion, language...
Macedonians use Cyrillic scripts.
Her family name Shabani is written and read same as in English. In Macedonian it would be written Šabani.

About the new insta account, comments on the picture translate to "it's a fake account".

Also, the image says #2k. One of the slang meanings for that is:
1. (verb) To make sublime and/or fabulous; worthy of envy and aspiration.
2. (adjective) Something that is lit, dope or otherwise ****ing amazing; connoting high value and luxury.

I hate to say it, but I also think it's very possible that she is being held. In real life, do bad people "sell" people to other countries like in the movie Taken?

AB: What was the class she missed?
JB: 1st class of 3rd semester. Class where roles were given out for that session and she was looking to get a large role.

AB: Do investigators think the competition of the roles could be someone to look at?
JB: No indication of that at this time.

AB: Evidence of anything? Seen with lots of A-listers. Could her status be related to her disappearance?
JB: She was very well liked. Made friends and connections easily. No indication that that type of thing was involved.

AB: Do we know anything about her credit card? Her door was left unlocked. Was she at the Oscar party this year?
JB: No information on that. Yes her door was unlocked. She lives in a populated area so the door unlocked is unusual.

I was thinking the same thing, I live in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania and I have my share of celeb pictures from my bartending/promo modeling days, it's not really hard, I'm sure its super easy in LA to get Celeb pictures. So I highly doubt she is in the "a-list" circle.

Also, keep in mind, she likely got into contact w/her Embassy (or I sure as H would have) ....considering the circumstances...so, they could easily have coordinated/cleared up any issues she possibly could/would have had getting here...understandably....
*shrugs* ...(would be awful dang heartless not to)...
..and no body/no country wants that political quagmire in the international press...

Ashley asked the PI if he knew if she was supposed to go to this years ceremony that just passed. He didn't know.

Honestly, I don't think this is looking good. There was a beautiful LA model killed by an LA photographer who coaxed her into a photoshoot in a secluded area. I cannot remember her name but she was found buried in a shallow grave in a canyon somewhere in LA county not far from Hollywood hills.
