Earlier someone posted a list of the IGs. I don't know if they are fake, other than the one account, but if they are, I'd be a tad worried and annoyed that people were setting up fake ones in my likeness by who knows who.

Yep, right. I brought that up a few pages ago. Also, the building has had problems...weirdos breaking in etc. (links also earlier somewhere). So who doesn't lock their door when going out. Plus, evidently there are security cameras on the street. Was she seen leaving the building? No one seems to know (that we know of). I questioned, where's the fire escape door? laundry room etc....has that building been investigated, searched? Tenants...was se friends with people there? Did someone need "help or whatever and knocked on her door?

eta....in the reviews of the place, a person said some stranger came into her studio and scared her, at night while she was in bed.. She screamed and he left. She couldn't get management to change the locks.

I posted the same possible scenario earlier after posting all those links to the apt reviews. Very possible.

I'm starting to get goosebumps over this case. It's feeling creepy.

Exactly. I lived in apt complexes. And the only time we didn't lock the door was if we were going to the incinerator room or aka trash chute that was right down the hall.

But since this complex may not have a trash chute and she supposedly cancelled an uber ride.

Then this may tell us that a neighbor may have offered her a ride before a possible abduction.

Just thinking out loud for now.

It seems in this case that she was a successful model and was hoping to transition into acting. I know others who were unknowns until they landed a good acting gig. They might have a background in theater or other performing arts.


Also wanted to mention that I went through tons of pictures on the HookaGuyz Facebook (I don’t get that whole scene JMO) and I think that some of y’all are underestimating the potential cash flow she could be used to from working there. There are tons of private parties hosted by celebrities that clearly have a great turnout each and every time. You’ll see the stacks upon stacks of cash that was freely flowing toward the Hookah girls. Granted, it’s probably a tiring job, especially when they have to make sure they look perfect and feign Interest in gross old millionaires all night but I would bet they take home a couple grand after each event.

Regardless of how she made ends meet, I hope she is found safe very very soon!

Maybe I'm just tired, but I took a peek at their FB and didn't see any stacks of cash thrown at the girls (I admittedly only scrolled until December then got bored lol). Ironically I have a friend who owned a Hookah bar. She said her girls didn't make much. Then again, that was specifically a Hookah bar, and not a nightclub with bottle girls. It could be possible if you flirt with the patrons and they tip you well. This could also potentially lead to flirting with the wrong patron. Sometimes men, especially powerful wealthy ones, are not happy when they don't get what they want. Who knows though.

In terms of the modeling, and I apologize if this has already been stated....what magazines was she published in? I noticed the successful model comment, but have only seen instagram photos. Did she do runway at all?

In the beginning of this thread it was mentioned that her friend helped police track her phone that’s how they found out she cancelled the Uber but Marcidonian girl didn’t know if they found the phone or just Adea’s last location. Can you find out if someone cancelled an Uber without a phone? Maybe they tracked the phone to a dumpster or somewhere and that’s why in the first few interviews they feared for her safety?

We need to reboot this thread. I'm talking metaphorically of course.

Remember we do not allow social media accounts. Already I have seen accounts that appear to be from imposters and not actually belonging to Adea.

Please, no random blogs or comments from other areas of the Internet.

If you do have something you feel needs to be reported to law enforcement then do not hesitate to call the police. Please do not post whatever info you have on Websleuths first. Take it to the police first. You do not want to do anything that harms this investigation right?

No rumors, no stating opinions as fact. Remember if you state a fact you need to back it up with a link.

Please do not tell other members "Google is your friend". Everybody is saying this all over the place. We understand the frustration of finding all the info and then someone asking you to post it again for them. However, many times the members are new. They are not lazy. They are not as good as you all are at finding things on Google.

I hope someone has alerted LE that her Insta account went private last night.

I have a feeling some of the pics from that account are going to start showing up in some secret, dark place. I think someone took her, and the gut instinct of her friends from the beginning of this case should be looked in to.

I also think that someone is reading here and other places on the web.

And it's very possible that someone could very well be right in her building.

Yes, and those elevators not working was another thing...

If you read reviews for her apartment complex, things not working appear to be the norm due to lack of and poor maintenance. Other former tenants also talked about how dirty it was and "bed bugs". This is NOT where you live if you have a trust fund.

I doubt it. She wasn't tall enough. Maybe she was in magazines? I don't see the successful modeling either. I'm not going to say what I do see.

I don't have any great theories on what happened to Adea but I am hoping her mother gets answers! I am glad to see that a PI was hired as I do think LAPD is stretched thin and cannot give the kind of priority to a missing person's case that I know everyone on websleuths would like to see.

What is it with the confusing cases lately. It would be pretty easy for LE to find out about boyfriends, agents and what jobs she is involved in if they check her phone data.
Could LE have changed the Instagram to private, especially with allegedly putting a gag order on friends and family.
We don't know if LE has a perpetrator in mind who might be holding Adea against her will. There is not many reasons I can think of that LE would stop friends talking to the media.
We all know how important the media is to keeping adea in the spotlight, so I wish LE would at least tell friends and family what they can say, so that its keeps area fresh in peoples minds.
