PORTERVILLE, Calif. (FOX26) — Have you seen this teenager?

A Porterville family is turning to the community for help in finding a missing 15-year-old.

The family says Adriana DeLeon was last seen on Thursday, October 5, leaving home and heading to Zalud Park to meet a friend.

Adriana was last seen wearing a black zip-up romper.

She weighs about 135 pounds and is 5 feet 4 inches tall. She also has blonde hair with blue eyes.
