Alicia Orejel was last seen October 14 on Maywood Drive, near Auburn Street in east Bakersfield.

She's considered at-risk due to her age and mental health conditions.

She's described by police as:

• Hispanic
• 5'4" and 130 pounds
• Short, light brown hair with brown eyes
• Last seen wearing a dark blue long sleeve shirt, purple pants, pink sandals
