BPD looking for missing 11-year-old boy

Bakersfield, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help in finding a missing 11-year-old boy.

Ra'Shad Laws, 11, was last seen on November 17, 2021 at around 4 p.m., in the 800 block of Belle Terrace, near South P Street, according to police.

Laws is described as a Black male, 5 foot tall, 90 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. Hw was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, grey sweatpants, and black tennis shoes.

Laws is considered at-risk due to his age.
