Allen Galindo, 38, was last seen Oct. 2, in the 1000 block of east 21st Street, according to police. Galindo was last seen at about 6:30 a.m., and is considered at-risk due to physical and mental disabilities.

The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help in finding an at-risk missing man, last seen on East 21st Street Wednesday.
