Allen Galindo, 38, was last seen Oct. 2, in the 1000 block of east 21st Street, according to police. Galindo was last seen at about 6:30 a.m., and is considered at-risk due to physical and mental disabilities.

Galindo is described as 5'8" tall, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants.

Some 2025 Arrest information. The birthdate adds up but I can't correlate birth or height etc between news reports and the arrest record.
