''The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $225,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Allen Vance and Chastity Dollison.

On June 13th, 2012, at approximately 10:20 pm, 20-year-old Chastity Dollison, her father 39 year 39-year-old Allen Vance, and a family friend were traveling in a white 2-door Lexus Eastbound on Silver near Elmira, when their vehicle ran out of gas. While seated in the vehicle and awaiting a friend to assist them, an unknown person(s) came up on foot to their vehicle and fired several shots into the vehicle, killing Chastity and Allan, who were in the front seat. The family friend in the back seat, who was visiting from out of state, was also shot but survived.
