Missing Person Anabel Medina-Almanza: At Risk Due to a Mental Health Crisis

The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from our community and media partners in locating Missing Person, Anabel Medina-Almanza, who is at risk due to a Mental Health Crisis.

She was last seen on July 21, 2022, in the 2300 block of Market Street around 8:00 PM. It is unknown at this time what Medina-Almanza was last seen wearing. Medina-Almanza is described as a 37-year-old, Hispanic female. She stands 4’11”, weighs 143 pounds, with orange hair and brown eyes. The family reports Medina-Almanza is having a Mental Health Crisis.
