https://www.everipedia.com/kevin-j-ferguson-police-officer/

This happened a few days ago. I was shaking when I watched the full video. If the kid was a little douche, heck even f he committed a property crime, CALL LOCAL POLICE!!!! Do not escalate the situation and put hands on kids and draw on them and fire your weapon!!!! What the entire eff was that? And I have seen comments where the kids are called ****s and he was protecting himself. How is that? They stood back and repeatedly told the guy to let their friend go before anyone advanced on him and NONE if this would have happened had he acted like a proper human being and called local police. Disgusting. This is why some ppl don't trust police.

Above everpedia.com has link giving contact info for him (LEO): name, age, street address. Month & yr of birth. Landline # & phone co; cell # & cell company. Length of time at current address, previous address. Names & approx ages of fam members.

Also has tabs for criminal records, bankruptcies, lien & judgments, properties, and licenses.

Anyone recognize that website or database? Thx in adv.

ETA: Article refers to an 8 min vid and has vid -- but it is only 2 m. 30 sec. Anyone seen other vids. Did I miss the 8 min vid?

ETA2: Also has links to 2 diff crowdfunding sites w a/cs set up to support the teen & to hep w legal expenses.

ETA3: Said there were "protesters" at house Feb 22. Does not mention broken window at LE's house and graffiti painted on neighbor's house, I read about in other MSM (sorry, no link)

I thin this is a small percentage, I think most cops are good, but I wish instead of the thin blue line they would decry the bad actions.

Another day, another out of control trigger happy cop.

This off-duty cop was looking for entertainment in the form of trouble imo. And he found it.

The boy isn't even the one that initially stepped on this 'officers' property - it was a girl that this 'officer' called a nasty name - I abhor the 'C' word.

Imo, this 'officer' did not hear the boy threaten to shoot him. He made that up in his defense after the fact.

What I would like to know is -

- who owns the hedge that got ruined while this 'officer' was entertaining himself?
- why did this 'officer' drag the boy along the front lawn of a few homes? Doing exactly what the girl did that pizzed him off in the first place.

Imo, 'Officer' Ferguson has helped lower the reputation of LE everywhere in the eyes of much of the public - a direct result of this and other poor choices by todays LE. He needs some serious cameras around his property now - if he doesn't already have them. What a fool - he hasn't heard of viral video yet?

The cops that arrested the boy only makes LE look worse - this protection of each other needs to stop. Of course the boy walked - he isn't guilty of anything. Needless, mindless choices by LE - both on and off-duty. Jmo.

If the 8 min vid was at link, I missed it, saw shorter version. Maybe KaBoom's post has the longer vid; I'll watch.

No, no, no desire to 'report' anything.
Every MSM & soc media site has bias or prejudice, maybe almost imperceptible, maybe obvious as a neutron bomb explosion.
I like reading here w excellent sleuthers, and ppl more insightful than I am. I learn something new every day here.

Thank you for opening thread & commenting on events. :loveyou:

the one in the link is shorter. I have the full video on my fb, but the site isn't MSM. so idk how to copy link here.

I wasn't pointing fingers lol you were right, I know some things in the link are not allowed to be linked here directly. I know everpedia has been linked in other posts, but idk if those particular everpedia stories had the non allowed links within that this one does.

also, I saw someone else's video that is shorter and doesn't have the entire video, but caught the initial argument close up. I need to find it.

agreed! comments all over about "****s" did they even watch the video? the kids were standing around for quite awhile telling the crazy fool to let go of him. they didn't approach until time had passed. and also, I saw comments that the off duty officer was dragging the kid to his property so he could be justified in shooting him... I certainly hope that wasn't his intent!

Well, this 'officer' not only drew his weapon, he fired it, so any supposition on the intent seems fair imo.

Hopefully his employer will deem this guy to be of no further use to the local PD. The next time there is trouble at his house, and I'm confident there will be further trouble someday, he can call 911 as a civilian with no one being unnecessarily detained.

I doubt that will happen. More than likely, this will go the same way that 99% of these cases go. The cop will quietly resign, and go get a job with another police department, and continue his **** behavior there. They will then drop the internal investigation, and they will drag their feet with the criminal investigation for about two years, until they think most people have forgotten about it. Then they will announce that no charges will be filed. The kids family will file a civil rights lawsuit. The police department will settle with them for a large sum of money. Because it's just taxpayer's money. It's not like it will come out of the police department budget, or something.

Since this 'officer' was off-duty and not acting in the capacity of LE, maybe the family could sue him personally for civil rights violations - that would be fun to monitor imo.
He put his hands on the boy, illegally confined him and fired a weapon in a public place to cause fear (and damaged another persons hedge) - should be worth the current equity in the 'officers' home? I'm thinking $20 - $30 grand for abusing another person the way he did. Jmo.

The female he allegedly berated that started the incident has already filed a claim from what I hear.
