Officials say Mejia stands four feet, five inches tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has black hair brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and grey sweatpants.

I wonder why when showing photos of missing people they don't use photoshop to change what the person is wearing to match what they were last seen in?

"At risk," is very worrisome for this 14 y/o. Hoping she is not in danger, but being "last seen" at 11:30 pm is not good.
Hoping she is on her way back home.
