Salinas Police Detectives need the public's help finding a teenager who is missing under possible suspicious circumstances.

They are looking for 19-year-old Angelica Vargas Milner, to check her welfare. Milner was reported as a missing person by her family.

Officials believe Milner is with others and could be at local motels in the area. They also believe there are possible suspicious circumstances regarding her whereabouts, so they say making contact with her is vital.

If you have any information, you are asked to call 911 or the Salinas Police Department immediately at (831) 758-7321.

My goodness! She looks extremely unhappy / troubled in the provided photo. I'm assuming it's not from her SM. I wonder if it's LE related. I understand why her family is worried. Reading between the lines of what LE stated, it seems there is suspicion of some kind of coercion, maybe trafficking? I hope someone spots her and notifies LE or her family, but if she's believed to be "in motels," there may be a lack of concerned citizens in her environment. I hope LE has the resources to be able to prioritize checking out the motels. So sad. MOO.
