Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Anthony Lavell Chapman Jr., a 19-year-old male Black.

Mr. Chapman Jr. was last seen on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 7:50 P.M. on the 1600 block of 120th Street, Los Angeles.

Mr. Chapman Jr. is described as 5’11”, 160 lbs, short brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and gray jacket, red shirt and dark blue sweatpants. He has a tattoo of the word “Herbert” on the left arm.

Mr. Chapman Jr. suffers from a traumatic brain injury and his family members are very concerned.

Well there are worst areas around there to go missing in, but this is still South Central LA. It is a Crip zone that hugs the south side of the 105 and a school campus, with rival territory in the next neighbourhood over. There is undeveloped land and a large park around where he was last seen, and a strip of railway and scrub along the highway.
