Details of Disappearance

Cassidy was last seen leaving Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in Grass Valley, California on November 12, 2022. She had gone to the hospital to be seen, but left before any medical professionals could evaluate her condition. She has never been heard from again. Her family reported her missing on December 16, 2025. Few details are available in Cassidy's case.

CA Missing Persons Clearinghouse has "date last seen" as January 23, 2023

Unsure if I can/should link to family member's FBs (who are publicly posting about case) - nothing fully confirmed but her family seems to imply it is/was common for April to go off the grid, just never for this long. Friends chimed in to corroborate. Comes up in some of the missing people FB groups when you google.

I think I can link to her probation record though: Offender Tracking Information System (OTIS) - Offender Profile - looks like she absconded ~9yrs ago, ~5yrs before she went missing.

Another arrest during covid: Mail tampering; stun gun arrest; elder abuse arrest; more

Mods please LMK if I should remove

We can't link to a family member's FB. It's my understanding that court reports for the victim/missing person generally are fine if from the official county/state/federal judicial system with a link or detailed in an msm article with the defendants full name and age (so it is clear it is the victim/missing person). When posting the court info, I personally redact the names of other parties and the victim/missing person's exact street address or other security sensitive info for their privacy and safety.

In Placer County where the msm report of her arrest was noted, there was not a record of that in the Superior Court system. Case Search | Superior Court of California - County of Placer BUT such cases may have been handled at the District Court Level for which there isn't a search engine.

I'm going to check the records in Grass Valley, where she was last seen and will post if there's anything relevant.
