Poor little Ara I think after Disneyland he said something or maybe threw a fit to go home to mommy but what ever it was threw into a rage.

It was so clear took a bunch of pills to set himself and car on fire but passed out before he lit the match. He still will burn in hell alright just not in the car.

I don't believe in this theory anymore after seeing a link posted on this thread of the reporter stating LE believe he had planned it out a very long time ago. It was therefore premeditated and Jr. did nothing to initiate a reaction from Sr.

Looks like he's still adamantly denying he's done Jr any harm. I really want him to be alive so I'm praying that theory plays out but regardless of whether he is or isn't, I hope justice is served for this innocent boy and his mothers family. Last thing I'd want to see is this man walking, again.

He does have a lawyer who speaks on his behalf so the last thing a criminal attorney would do is ask his client to confess. <modsnip>

Although I felt certain Sr had killed his son, I am heartbroken to see this news. My heart goes out to little Ara's mother. Can't imagine the pain she's feeling.

I too feel the same as you all - I was really HOPING little Ara was somewhere alive....

I too don't think he was actually going to go thru with this "suicide" by pills and gasoline! YIKES! What a way to go!! If he really wanted to do it - I think he would have been in the driver's seat passed out.

Also - someone mentioned he dyed his hair - plus he looks completely different - at least to me - on the side by side thumbnail I posted on #644. He looks a lot skinner - at least his neck then before and without his beard.... on the run!

I haven't read any articles stating he was in Orange County on the night/early morning of the 21st other than at Disneyland. Do you have a link to that article stating they were seen on the neighbor's surveillance tape that night then by another surveillance camera in OC at 3am especially when police have stated they don't know his whereabouts at 3am. Thanks.

IMO I don't believe he will ever confess to where his son is. This monster planned to murder his son before the Disneyland trip. Hence the reason for the trip. He only cares about himself and he is a coward. I can say that now that he is a suspect. Feels good.

This is a creepy thought but Disneyland could have also been for himself to have his last funnest day in case he figured he wouldn't get away with the murder, considering he went skydiving and therefore might be into roller coasters. I'm curious if he told his sister and his mom to watch little Jr. while he went on Space Mountain :/

I'm starting to wonder if LE has found his body and plan to announce it Monday at the press conference, maybe after the ME has confirmed it's him and an autopsy has been completed. Well since he was living in Las Vegas and changed his appearance it doesn't surprise me that the fugitive task force was involved.

I stated in one of my first posts after his arrest that none of the articles LE state whether or not they've found him so we don't know yet. Though Sr. might feel confident they won't find him to have revealed he was at Lake Cachuma considering they'd end up searching that area. If he has an ounce of conscience he should confess now considering he will in my opinion likely get a life sentence regardless of a confession. But he's no different imo than the monster cold blooded Scott Peterson who murdered his 8 1/2 month pregnant wife and would show up at vigils pretending to mourn. At least he played the part of an innocent wondering what happened to her and didn't take off skydiving in Vegas. Truly unbelievable. I wonder how much it costs to sky dive he could have at least donated the money towards the reward fund instead of spending it on himself to pretend he was sad and trying to find his son. I hope his mother will speak up if she cares for her grandson to have a proper burial and bring some closure to his mother.

Aramazd Sr. does not deserve to live if he had taken a life of a sweet innocent little boy, his very son. I know it's harsh, but that is how I feel.

Meanwhile little Ara’s father remains behind bars in Las Vegas awaiting his extradition hearing which is scheduled for Tuesday.
In an interview with my Fox 11 colleague Zohreen Adamjee today Andressian’s criminal defense attorney said his client plans to plead “not guilty”.
Zohreen will have the complete interview tonight at 10pm on Fox 11.
She will also be talking to Steve Cron, a well-known and respected criminal defense attorney who will talk about how a murder charge can be filed against someone even when there is no body.

They searched in Lake Cachuma area and other surrounding areas. On that environment and high temperatures won't they be able to smell the body if it's near by? Or how many feet away do you begin to smell the body? Or would there be no odor since it's been about two months
