Ara Andressian, Jr is still missing.
Two months ago I committed to sharing this child’s story until he is found and I will continue to do so.
The missing person case is not closed.
Meanwhile little Ara’s father remains behind bars in Las Vegas awaiting his extradition hearing which is scheduled for Tuesday.
In an interview with my Fox 11 colleague Zohreen Adamjee today Andressian’s criminal defense attorney said his client plans to plead “not guilty”.
Zohreen will have the complete interview tonight at 10pm on Fox 11.
She will also be talking to Steve Cron, a well-known and respected criminal defense attorney who will talk about how a murder charge can be filed against someone even when there is no body.
Please continue to keep a good thought/prayer for this little boy and all who love him.

If anyone watched the news story with Zohreen Adamjee can you share what you learned? I'm interested in what was discussed about murder charges without a body. I don't see the interview posted online.

For example,
They searched in Lake Cachuma area and other surrounding areas. On that environment and high temperatures won't they be able to smell the body if it's near by? Or how many feet away do you begin to smell the body? Or would there be no odor since it's been about two months

I'm purely guessing that if the body is buried or in a body of water there would be very little if any odor. They had only searched a section of the lake where he was seen which is a small percentage of the lake. There are also lots of streams and creeks when looking at a map of that area. But with that said I too was wondering the same questions you are.

Pure speculation here, so it's all JMO but I've seen a few msm statements that say something like Investigators won't say if Ara's remains have been found. I'm starting to wonder if LE has found his body and plan to announce it Monday at the press conference, maybe after the ME has confirmed it's him and an autopsy has been completed. Again, I'm just wondering so it's all opinion and guessing on my part.

That could be! I remember there was an article that one of the dogs hit on a concrete pipe or something at Arroyo Park, I think it was. Where his car and he were found. Maybe the dog was right, and they kept it on a "low key" level.

Anxiously awaiting this press conference - is it LIVE anywhere???

The press conference is scheduled for Monday (tomorrow) at 11 am PDT, which is 2 pm EDT. Hopefully it'll be carried live by local news channels.

But... I'm in Europe and I don't get any "local" news channels!! :gaah: Is it going to be LIVE streamed - ??

Ara Andressian, Jr is still missing.
Tomorrow morning a media briefing is scheduled to discuss the arrest of little Ara’s father in Las Vegas and the charges the Los Angeles County District Attorney has filed against him.
Meanwhile, this child is still missing.
There was a crucial period of six hours in which Andressian was unaccounted for – 2am when he is believed to have dropped his mother and sister off after spending the day at Disneyland and 8am on Friday April 21st when his car was spotted at Lake Cachuma.
Police may have filled in the blanks by now and we should learn more tomorrow.
What we will not hear tomorrow is ALL the evidence that led prosecutors to file charges against Aramazd Andressian, Sr.
That will be presented in court.
We can talk more about the next steps in the legal proceeding in the next few days.

So apparently they won't be releasing information regarding the evidence found but it was sufficient evidence for murder so the boy is no longer alive.

I do apologize about the information I gave regarding AA being in Orange County at 3am. I went over all the articles and all the post on fb and it DOES NOT say the time. Hopefully more information will be release at the press conference regarding the timeline.

I haven't seen it but if there's enough evidence such as murder weapon, motive and other circumstantial evidence. (For example on dateline there was this case where enough blood was found so the person couldn't be alive, even thought there was no body. Another case where pieces of the crain were found so the person couldn't be alive)


Eliminating alternatives (all leads to see if the child is out of the country, or making sure no one else had a motive to hurt him)
