I grew up in Arcadia and still live very close by.
The location on the map is Little Tujunga Canyon Road. This is Northwest of Arcadia. This map does not show Arcadia, which is to the east of Altadena/Pasadena.
I do see the location noted as Arcadia in the first post.
Maybe Arcadia is mentioned as there is a headquarters for the Angeles National Forest there?
