Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Compton Station is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Juvenile,Ashton Lameen James Cortis. Ashton was last seen on October 23, 2025, at approximately 8:40 a.m. on the 9300 block of S 8th Avenue, in the city of Inglewood.

Ashton is described as a 15-year-old male Black juvenile, 6’06”, 120 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a purple uniform shirt and khaki pants.

He is diagnosed with autism and his family is concerned for his well-being. We are asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Compton Station Detective Bureau or on duty Watch Commander at (310) 605-6500.
