Bumping up. Does this John Doe have any known exclusions?

Bumping up for John Doe. It sounds like it's a mystery how he got out there, and there was no clothing found. I wonder if that makes him a possible homicide victim, driven out there by someone familiar with the area?

Martin B. went missing from California in 1973, 23-years-old, 5'11", 150 lbs, long brown hair/facial hair.
However IMO it doesn't look like a red appearance to his hair.
