Baylee is reported missing as of April 25, 2018. The little boy's body was discovered April 26, 2018.

The guy was on the run for it the day before though. I remember all the cop cars and helicopter chasing him from the Wal Mart that night. Not sure when they murdered the child though.

Perhaps you meant MQ? Even so, his next court date is 2 weeks away. His obstruction charge is for resisting arrest.
