Due to James being very tall when driving the Fiat the drivers seat was slightly reclined so that his head would not touch the top of the car ceiling.

Any new info coming from within the circle of people connected? It's too bad so many are afraid to talk. That has to be so frustrating for the familes and LE, but I also understand it. Obviously, there are dangerous folks involved.

I would think jurisdictions and where Baylee was last reported seen.

Maybe because her mom filed the missing person report with the kern county sheriffs office (link below), but not sure how that works. I’ve read that she was last seen in Bakersfield so I don’t think it’s because of where she was last seen (bc wouldn’t BPD investigate if that’s where she was last seen?)

I believe where she was reported last seen is under KCSO's jurisdiction.
