yes the chart on dr Phil is what I’m wanting to really piece together, I know some of the names that belong there I just don’t know who is who. I follow on social media. I wish there was more chatter here, it’s so easy to follow along here.

My guess on the chart is that chiropractor is gun seller #1 based on the location of his name near James and Ryan and connections to people. The friend next to Micah, I believe is the person Ryan was driving home that chiropractor asked him to take away from the house. I think the enforcer is MQ based on how Dr Phil connected that person to Baylee as one of the first connections. Those are the only names that are really out in MSM to place. MOO

Would Baylee and Micah’s friend be SW? Also attached to the enforcer (enforcer new gf).. I just don’t remember if it’s ever been said she was a friend of Micah. Unless she knew Micah through Baylee..

Where I am getting a little tripped up as to where I'd put the chiropractor on the chart is the fact that I'm not sure if "distributor" applies to drugs, guns, or both. I'm guessing he was involved in the obtaining drugs, for sure. Are you thinking gun seller #2 is MC?

I really want to know when SB (chiropractor) served his jail time. I'm not convinced that he was actually in his home the night James was killed. I just get the feeling that his house was a hub, of sorts - just not sure for which operation. I've listened to Ryan's description of the events of that night over and over and it's not totally clear to me. I'm also wondering who it was that Ryan had to take out of the house at his direction that night. At one point, Ryan refers to that person as "you know who". Does anyone have a thought as to whether that person is male or female? I am leaning toward female.

Also not sure why, if this house were full of guns, he'd have to call his boys over and couldn't have dealt with James, himself.

Any thoughts on who the bookie might be? Why did SB owe James money?

I've wondered the same thing, myself.

I also lean on the person with Ryan being a girl. For some reason I keep thinking he said she at one time but I would have to rewatch to know for sure.

On the money owed.. counterfeit money was mentioned, was he paid with counterfeit money?

I also believe that the friend (or one of) in the car with Ryan is a female, but I don't think it is MQ's new lady friend. I have not been able to find anything concrete or from MSM to base this though.

Where are you getting that the chiropractor was serving time during this time? My understanding from Kern county court records is that the arrest was on 5/2/17, charges filed on 3/6/18 and disposition date was 4/19/18 (date of sentencing). James was killed 4/8/18. His time should have begun 4/19 if I understand correctly.

Your quote was BBM (I also initialed the chiropractor's name)- this is what I am also curious about. James wouldn't be supplying drugs to the chiropractor and I haven't seen James connected to the gun side of things. Could James have loaned him money to finance gun purchases? MQ had a case in the early 2000s related to buying $11-13K worth of guns and then reselling them illegally. Could SB needed quick capital for a purchase like this? Chiropractor does have a charge for carrying a loaded weapon in 2016, as do many of the players, but all I see for Ryan and James seem to be more drug and alcohol related. Would James really be getting into this business? It seems like a stretch, but it is the only thing I can come up with. MOO

But paid for what? Counterfeit money would make sense as to why James would be killed for SB owing him money. MOO

I’m guessing Ryan wasn’t scared for his life like he portrayed on Dr. Phil. Probably more worried about saving his own bacon. If I had to guess, he was probably involved, in some way, to the disappearance of Micah.

I didn't really have faith in my understanding of those dates and what they meant in relation to actual jail time, so I was just going on that possibility as a starter theory. I'd trust anyone else's knowledge of legal terminology over my own.

I didn't get that feeling at all. He seems to have a good idea of who it is, considering he talked of "him admitting it" to someone Ryan knows and something to the effect of his "almost admitting it while he was in jail". I assumed he was speaking of MQ.

I think that because he doesn't have a clear mental image of whoever was in the silver car, he's doubting himself and without being 100% certain, it's too risky to point the finger at someone. I can imagine feeling that way.

I wish we knew more of the names of the individuals on that chart shown on Dr. Phil. The cast of characters involved sounds dangerous across the board, mostly because of the activities with which they are connected. Anything involving the sale of guns and drugs is scary enough, but throwing in gambling and possible human trafficking on top of those opens up even more possibilities.

There seem to be a lot of people with a lot to lose.

Sorry I can't provide names but if you dig enough you will slowly figure it out.

I find it particularly chilling that a man contacted James' daughter and said the things he said to her - confirming that she lives with her grandma and saying something to the effect that she can call him when she needs a ride, because he "has to be her dad now". That's sick, and is further confirmation that we are definitely dealing with a sociopath, here.

Has anyone in the family looked into hiring a private detective to investigate and provide some protection?

Ryan would of never went on the show if he was scared for his life. Ryan was not involved in the disappearance of Micah.

Where was the shooter?

How many individuals were in the Silver Car?

Was the shooter solo?

Was this a drive-by, ambush, or confrontation gone wrong?

Look at the cul-de-sac image provided earlier in the thread

Was somebody in James vehicle before, during, or after James was shot?

When, where, and how was James shot in relation to where he was found?

These are the question you have to ask yourself yet no one is exploring?

Distributor is not anyone you named here.

Regarding our earlier speculation as to who Ryan had taken out of the homeowner's house, I've rewatched that portion of Dr. Phil again and after saying that his passenger said, "those were gunshots" in reference to the pops they'd heard, Ryan refers to the passenger as "he".

I did find it interesting that James exited the car on the passenger side, which makes me feel more firm in my assumption that he was shot from the driver's side. From the one pic we've seen, I'm guessing they drove by and fired at him - I would think that if they'd gotten out of their vehicle, the bullets would have entered from higher up instead of through the door and they would've aimed at his head and chest, so the trajectory would've been downward.

Ryan said James pulled in and parked behind the silver car - so does that mean they flipped around and fired their shots while passing him? That would imply that either the driver or possibly a backseat (driver's side) passenger was the shooter. A front seat passenger would seem less likely, as they'd be firing past the driver's head...

I can’t get screenshot photos to load but conversation appeared to be with her boyfriend, MQ, and an unknown person:

MQ: so, look I don’t mean to overstep, but as you may know Baylee is considered missing. She had said you and Mike were her “family” or connected to it. She said the same about the guy she left town with. Like I said, I don’t mean to overstep, but if you do happen to see her or speak to her can you ask her to reach out somehow so I know she’s okay. Goodnight.

Response: wtf man no way who did she leave with??

MQ: she wouldn’t say. She never does. She said she f*cked up and needed to leave for a while. Only she’s always kept that part of her life a secret. Honestly I used to think she was embellishing. Always like I know people. Just trying to impress people. All I know is he was a heavy guy in a black Tahoe. I didn’t want to know anymore

Response: F*ck bro I don’t know if you know her past. But bro she’s going to be occupied for a while. She does that sometimes but she will be back.”

MQ: I’ve been trying to keep cool and trust her judgement...

Any idea what all of this means?

This is so crazy. Can't help but think it's probably for show.

We have several people looking into many things. Well sociopath probably not the correct term to use on this person there are other words you could use Predator.
