I did find it interesting that James exited the car on the passenger side, which makes me feel more firm in my assumption that he was shot from the driver's side. From the one pic we've seen, I'm guessing they drove by and fired at him - I would think that if they'd gotten out of their vehicle, the bullets would have entered from higher up instead of through the door and they would've aimed at his head and chest, so the trajectory would've been downward.

Ryan said James pulled in and parked behind the silver car - so does that mean they flipped around and fired their shots while passing him? That would imply that either the driver or possibly a backseat (driver's side) passenger was the shooter. A front seat passenger would seem less likely, as they'd be firing past the driver's head...

James had no choice airbags deployed.

I'm wondering what the significance of the other person Ryan had to get out of the chiropractor's house was and if it was related to the argument between Ryan and James.

Also wondering which criminal element is thought to be the one that motivated them to go to such extreme lengths - the trafficking, guns, gambling or drugs.

No Ryan and James had been arguing that day. That is a common thing that happens sometimes between siblings. Ryan didn't have to get anyone out of the house he was told that his brother wasn't allowed to be at the house anymore and was told if he did come back the boys were strapped.

there are currently 585 comments on the fb post from KGET about dr phil..i think....some quite interesting ones further down. If i was a family member or investigator i would look into every single commenter and person they mention in their comments. IMO

(I believe) This is the girl that was with Micah and his mom when she dropped him off by the dumpster AND in the car with Ryan leaving the chiropractor. She also knew James, and the moms said they weren’t sure if she knew Baylee. They also said she was arrested with 5 felonies in Northern California related to counterfeit ids/mail fraud/etc.

So many questions! If she was the last one to to be with Micah, did she bring his to la mikes house to be murdered?
If Ryan always the intended target and she was in the car with him, is it coincidence that she’d be with 2 murdered men right before they died?
If she had all these fake ids, were they for the human trafficking ring?
If she was with Ryan when James died and she was involved with the shooters, it makes sense why she wouldn’t give any info about the car/circumstances
Could she be the person who sent Ryan the poem?

The rumor about Ryan being involved in one of the murders is ridiculous at this time for me. Especially since as to who is encouraging the rumor-MQ. I believe you cannot believe anything MQ has said. And I take it as, right now they can’t get Ryan without slipping up on themselves so what better revenge then to put him in the middle of a rumor that he had something to do with a murder. I don’t buy it. Another MQ has said is that Baylee miscarried before her disappearance, however the reporter said they had heard Baylee was pregnant at the time of her disappearance-imo they want to confirm this because they are onto MQ. I’m interested in finding out more things MQ has said, I look at the truth being opposite as to what he said. Tangled web we weave, when we choose to deceive. He thinks he’s smarter.

My understanding of what Ryan said on Dr. Phil was that he took someone out of there (he later referred to them as “you know who”). After listening to this part over and over, it sounds like he care back to SB’s house and that’s when James was there. I thought he said something about their passing each other, as if James was leaving and the turned around and came back.

The more I listen to that part, the more confused I get, to be honest.

When, where, and how was James shot in relation to where he was found?

These are the question you have to ask yourself yet no one is exploring?

Does or did anyone live in any of the homes in the cul de sac or anywhere on Pony Mountain Rd? Trying to understand where they were leaving from and where the silver car was parked when James parked behind him.
Was James at the house multiple times that night I saw somewhere something mentioned about him not being allowed back at the house or the boys would come strapped? I could have read it wrong but I that is what I thought I saw.

It seems like there is a lot of information out there for law enforcement to follow just need to pieces to all come together.

Is it possible that maybe Baylee was pregnant with MQ baby at the time all of this happened? Could that be part of the reason she’s missing? Maybe a baby by MQ was somehow a threat to him and those involved??

To be honest I’m a little confused as to why Bailey is mentioned as a threat to this group of people. is there any confirmation that she was physically there when Micha went missing or James was killed ? I completely understand that she knew these guys and they all ran in the same circle but that exclamation doesn’t exactly pinpoint why she was such a big threat to them and why she had to go missing. I’ve been looking over all the articles, stories, interviews, Facebook comments and honestly my theory about her being pregnant to me would make more sense as to why they wanted to make her disappear so bad Because not only does she have some type of information but she also has a physical child by one of those people

There is a picture of the cul de sac somewhere here in the thread. James pulled behind a silver car facing the circle part or cul de sac. James later crashed into a parked trailer after being shot trying to flee.

Ryan left the house with two unnamed individuals. And yes Ryan and James passed each other as Ryan was leaving the cul de sac.

Yes, the chiropractor lives on Pony Mountain Road from what I have gleaned.

I agree.. was he he trying to climb over the seats to passenger side trying to escape?? That's why they are so low... Someone outside of car on drivers side shooting at him so he may have crashed then tried to get out other door..or maybe I am wrong. Was he alone in the car . I have seen news articles that say he was with a family friend Dr... So was the chiropractor with him . or was he alone?? Was he driving the car or the passenger.
These all may have been asked and answered but I didn't see anything answering my questions.
