Just to be clear ... even though a person has an arrest record, we don't use their name unless they are an officially named POI/suspect in the case at hand. We use initials for any major case players except for a victim and an officially named POI/suspect.

ETA: So the answer is, no it is not okay to use his full name. Initials only.

He had several charges that I posted but they got deleted as they didn’t believe they were relevant to the case. However, the charges against him were not just related to his practice. His outside “hobbies” and illegal activity outside of work is what caused the majority charges.

Sillybilly- I will find the article later if needed (need to get kids ready for school), but IIRC SB was arrested for drugs and having guns (possibly illegally modified ones). He also was hosting the house party or get together where James went to and ultimately was killed. According to James’ brother on Dr Phil, the person hosting threatened to call his “boys who are strapped” because James kept asking him for money he owed him. It is unclear whether he directly ordered the hit on James, but all appearances are he is involved with at least James’ murder. The gun charges for him are important because Baylee, her boyfriend, MQ, and Micah, along with 3 unnamed people, all were being investigated for illegal gun selling and manufacturing before the disappearances. The question the family has, and I assume LE too, is the chiropractor linked to this activity

LE really has named no one a POI in any of the 3 cases that I know of. but the nature of this cases is such a social tangled web and MSM and the moms have left clues at identities of some of the players. On the Dr Phil show for example, a local reporter confirmed what the moms had found.

If we use initials, are we still able to talk/sleuth some of these people brought up in MSM within the social circle?

Also, the family keeps saying if look most recent back it will make sense- could there have been a big arrest/incident before Micah went missing that we aren’t looking for? Is there an informant/plea deal somewhere in the mix and that’s how the 6 warrants came about?

He saw James on his way out of the cul de sac near the mailboxes pulled behind a silver car before exiting to the right (trailer) out of the neighborhood onto the main street.

One thing I would also like to mention is that the address where these “possible” human remains were found is only a few streets over from where James was shot at killed.... very interesting and suspicious...
