I wanna circle back to something. Back to the photograph of BD and MQ left on the mothers car...I assume it was dusted for prints and came up empty. Was handwriting ever cross referenced? With how quiet LE is has been on this entire case, it’s hard to gauge, well, anything. They have to have suspects. They should be dropping sketches and more bits of information to ruffel feathers. Recently spoke with a few people(friends of MH) who have been interviewed by investigators and it seems like they just keep circling the wagon. I understand the practice of keeping everything close guarded, but it’s time to turn the heat up. Even releasing vague information has been shown to be useful.

Agree, and I also have thought about the picture a lot. Did Baylee have a Polaroid? Is it a picture of a picture, and it could have been done by anyone? Whose handwriting is it- I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to find out. And why is the picture of her with mq

It’s definitely a Polaroid and looks like an original. Not a photo of the photo. With the writing “Luv U Mom” or something like that. Very very strange. @bakersfield3 have you considered working with lawyers and having the records of SM subpoenaed? Facebook won’t just give access but with a subpoena they could absolutely go in and see all activity. So with BD Facebook being scrubbed, that’s very very suspect. Or have had access to social media’s? Even deleted information isn’t always “gone forever.” Especially in Facebook where it’s a 2 step process to fully delete all messages. First delete archives them, then you have to find that archived folder and delete them again.

For those that read this, I am SURE that all of these bases have been covered, I’m more so just interested in the legality of issuing warrants or subpoenas for access to people’s social media accounts(MQ SW BD in particular.)

Also, these signs people are covering up BD missing fliers with...are they insinuating that the family knows more than what’s being told? Also, @bakersfield3, have you considered putting up a new host of fliers, and having people strategically placed around them to watch for whoever might be doing this? I’m absolutely down to stake out a corner and over watch. I assume the slandering posts are happening at night. Maybe pick 4 or 5 light posts that have been tampered with. If anything maybe catch a glimpse of someone in the act, see if they show up in a car(which you could get plate information) or just tail them.

The reason I've hoped these fools are chatting up a storm on SM is because LE routinely obtains warrants to access that treasure trove. They can see everything - every message, every word, every "poke", shared pic, you name it.

From day one, when I heard about that photo, I've always found it odd. If I were MQ and had done something to Baylee, the LAST thing I would do is put a photo OF ME on her mom's car. Who would point a finger at themselves like that? My initial reaction when I heard about that was that someone is trying to pin it on him.

I actually felt the same way about SW's harassment case - if I was MQ and had done something to Baylee, I would do whatever I had to do in order to keep my girlfriend from doing anything that would bring attention to me/us. Having both names in the media would be my worst nightmare - so would stepping into a courthouse, no less.

The fact that MQ never said a word to LE (as far as Olivia's reporting goes) gives me the feeling that he is extremely afraid of someone. I have to wonder if that someone eliminated the more immediate threats to their operation. I'm curious as to who is above him in the chain of command.

I am not saying that I believe MQ is innocent - I don't know enough at this point to have a firm opinion yet - I'm just saying that those things don't seem consistent with what I would and wouldn't do if I'd kidnapped and/or harmed anyone.

Or...he could be one seriously cocky sucker who thinks he's invincible?!

The handwriting looks extremely female. Now, that’s not to say it is a female or even speculate so. But I imagine there HAS to be something, somewhere to cross reference it with and find a potential match. I feel out of place even suggesting ideas because I assume LE has gone over all of this ten fold. But it couldn’t be that hard to issue a warrant to those acquaintances for something like that.

What does WB have to do with MH last sighting? I don’t think it’s ever been stated that he was seen there in the days leading up to his disappearance.

WB is just a bar in Rosedale known to be frequented by JF. Last seen for MH was near KMC.
