The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community's help in finding a missing at-risk, runaway 16-year-old girl last seen in south Bakersfield.

Barbara Amy Garcia was last seen in the 6200 block of Wible Road on September 21st, 2024, at around 8 p.m.

5 feet, 3 inches, 105 pounds. Black hair (possibly wearing a black wig), and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, white shirt and dark blue jeans.
