If there is a video of BT getting into the Truck or RV in the morning why hasn’t it been posted online?
Why hasn’t anyone seen it besides the neighbor?
There's no telling. Maybe they gave it to LE and they have it and have reviewed it, and don't think publishing it on MSM would benefit their investigation into BT's disappearance. JMO

If our walks are anything to go by, dogs can pick up a dried up drop of pee not visible to the human eye (altho presumably fox, or other dog....I hope)

Well yes - but trained search dogs do not follow those trails (or the whole point would be lost!) The dog needs to be following only the trail of the human in question. Now, I suppose that human's urine could smell like that human...but apparently, dogs didn't pick that up while there. Still not sure if dogs were used in the area on the east side of the road, though, and would guess that no dogs were actually walked up and down the road itself.

Because it's part of an ongoing investigation.

The dogs wont find Barb there however good they are and whichever trail they follow

Why do you say that?
I dont believe she was ever there. There's no evidence that she was, or that there was an accident, or abduction, or mountain lion attack, or snake bite as far as we know thus far. I dont believe she made a mad dash in that heat to pee in private, in such a desolate environment wearing bikini bottoms. And IMO I find it illogical that she disappeared from sight and sound within 10 minutes. However engrossed in a camera or rock formation someone may be. Just MOO and no disrespect to alternatives.

I think the timing is very odd. BT goes missing right after they purchase a new RV and Truck.

And before her international trip. And RT canceled the flight and presumably got a refund.

Also, LE canceled the search.

And LE said no evidence of abduction.

Everything is MOO at this point. We each have our own opinion. We have so few actual facts to go on.

My main point was, there may have been other people in the area (maybe at that campsite) and may have seen or heard something since they would have had a broad view of the rock formations.

I disagree. I don't think anything would have been visible from that campground (unless RT is totally lying about where they were 0r someone got up on top of one of the Granite Hills). If in fact they climbed up to the top (with her bare-legged), that's impressive.

The SAR K-9 group involved in the search used dogs who searched by following a trail (nose to the ground), air trackers and cadaver dogs.
Some of the dogs involved were certified in more than one specialty.
IMO, if none of these dogs alerted to BT then I believe that there is only a very small chance that BT was actually there.
There should have, at least, been an alert near the door of the truck and/or the door of the RV.

But the neighbors saw her leave with RT! One of the neighbors said she had a t-shirt and shorts on and I assume the other attire was under these garments. Is she on the pics he took out there? That would be the clincher. LE would not spend all that money searching if they suspected something else?!

I wonder how many rest stop dumpsters they passed on" their" way there.

LE sure is close-mouthed. Are they always like that out there or maybe they don't have anything :( I think they should ask the public for help. :)

They called off the search.

I haven’t seen where LE has stated neighbors saw her leave with RT.

Even so, did anyone see her arrive at the trail? Why didn’t the dogs alert to her in the area of the truck and trailer?

Unless they have an idea about what happened and they don’t need help from the public.

We have heard second hand that a neighbour saw her leave her home. We have no evidence re where she went. Maybe there are photos with time and date stamps in that location, but if so we are not aware of them. LE will surely search the location where her husband reported her missing, they had no reason to disbelieve anything at that point and she may have been injured.

Sorry for all the quotes on here to iceice9. My computer is giving me problems. Somewhere it was mention, more than once, the neighbors camera caught them leaving in the morning at 8:15 a.m.

I read that too, but it didnt come direct from LE. Someone will point us right, but I think it was the VI who reported it.

ETA - useful tho it would be to have absolute confirmation, it still doesnt tell us where they went.

No problem, I have issues with the quote feature myself.

I have seen it mentioned on here that neighbors saw her, however, I have not seen an MSM link or that LE stated that.
