I'm unable to listen to the pod listed above for more details (the page doesn't seem to work anymore) so depending on what's said there, this may be off base but perhaps she may be this Jane Doe (Post Mortem warning!) in LA? Died approx 10 days after Belinda disappeared, and despite the angle, I'm seeing a lot of similarities. The only thing off is that the doe is listed as 40-50.
