It's unreal how long justice is taking for Blaze. Where is Sam right now? When is the trial?

*Pretrial Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Blaze Bernstein (19) (Jan. 2, 2018, Lake Forest; found Jan. 9, 2018) – *Samuel Lincoln Woodward (20/now 22) arrested & charged (1/17/18) with 1 count of felony murder with a hate crime enhancement for killing someone because of their sexual orientation & sentencing enhancement-personal use of a knife. Plead not guilty (again on 11/9/18). $5M bail, bail revoked (11/9/18).
Could be sentenced from 26 years to life in prison without parole.

Hi Niner! Based on the court records it looks like the May 1st hearing might have been canceled. Next scheduled hearing is June 19th. I wonder if May 1 was vacated due to the pandemic. I no longer see it on the schedule.

Thanks for the info. If it disappeared from the court site - it probably got vacated. I have seen that on other court sites where the date completely disappears.

A pre-trial hearing -- who knoze if it's a big deal or a little deal. This thing is like so, so many cases that we follow... Next verse, same as the first, but we do want to keep up with this one -- we are a patient and tenacious bunch... So we wait...
