*Trial set to begin with Jury Selection (@ 9am PT) – CA – Blaze Bernstein (19) (Jan. 2, 2018, Lake Forest; found Jan. 9, 2018; he was stabbed 19 times in his neck; 14 times on the left, 5 on the right & 1 stab wound in his left knee) – *Samuel Lincoln Woodward (20/now 23) arrested & charged (1/17/18) with 1 count of felony murder with a hate crime enhancement for killing someone because of their sexual orientation & sentencing enhancement-personal use of a knife. Plead not guilty (again on 11/9/18). $5M bail, bail revoked (11/9/18).
Could be sentenced from 26 years to life in prison without parole.
Jury selection begins on 11/10/21 & Trial set to begin on 11/12/21.

I’m so curious about if his parents are supporting him or not. I recently went to a mass at the church I’m getting married at and flipped to the advertisements and saw his mom’s photo and number staring back at me (not sure if I’m allowed to say what her job is, it’s been made public many times). Got me thinking about how they originally got him a lawyer then he switched to a public defender.

Regardless, I can’t wait to see him be brought this justice in March. It has really been too long.

I made this account after a classmate murdered another classmate 3 years ago .. I can’t believe NOTHING has happened still.

It is fact checked and it was published as such. A family therapist iirc. I too am curious if they are supporting him. He is one creepy guy.

I hope they have exhausted all motions to postpone trial. I just realized it’s been 4 years. Wow no wonder it seems like forever.
