When I initially started doing research on Andra back in 2011 due to the horrendous experience I was having with her as a renter, I came across a document that had those same words verbatim. However, it was not written by anyone named "Ashton51," but by Andra herself. I found the latter in an old inactive business website who Andra was the CEO. The business was supposedly an "investment consulting firm," and the statement you read on the Ashton51 was posited on that website under Andra's resume and business experience. Fortunately, it seemed "the business" never gained traction because God only knows how many other people would have lost their life savings to this amateur Bernie Madoff.

What I found ammuzing about Andra's resume is her statement regarding post college graduation. Why do you ask? Because it seems that Andra avoided any course dealing with business ethics like Damian Thorne (character in the Omen) avoided the Catholic Church when his father attempted to un-demonize him.

Dig hard and long enough and you will find that anything positive written about Andra was written by Andra under an alias or using a made up Internet name. How she kept her different aliases straight would have been as difficult as Chinese arithmetic to the honest person. AND THE HITS KEEP ON COMING FROM THE "Queen of Green!"

Okay this is just crazy, but I'm throwing this out there. I dated a guy that was so much like this it's freaky. I was a loan officer and he convinced me that his his past trouble was due to his "crazy" ex-wife. I broke up after I found out he was cheating on me and was cheating several business people who I had referred to him. I then found out I was pregnant and he relinquished his rights. He hasn't seen his beautiful daughter in 14 years. He has continued to form different companies and file bankruptcy after bankruptcy and always managed to live the high life, but when you pull up his records, there are pages of judgements filed against him. He is very, very convincing and charming...that is how they operate. I thought I was a good judge of character, but he fooled me. He has 5 children and seems like a good family guy when you first meet him. He too lives in a 5 million dollar house while owing millions to others because he has no money to pay. Fortunately for me, I'm the winner in my situation because I ended up with a precious child. I could see how someone Andra screwed over in business might finally decide they've had enough. Unfortunately, finding which one of the many people who have fallen victim to her scams that would want revenge might be a difficult task.

I am beginning to think it's not so important to work out who lost from business dealings with the Sachs, but who stood to gain from their deaths. And specifically, the death of just one of their children?

The lost of these two lives is indeed a horrific tragedy. Equally despicable is the malicious shooting of the young child and his subsequent paralysis.

The next day we found a home in Menifee through a realtor and the rest of the story is open to your interpretation. In no way is this post a malicious poke at this egregious calamity, but I grew up in the South Bronx and was able to survive the street predators by standing up for myself, standing up for my family, standing up for those that stood up for me, and standing up for those who could not or would not stand up for themselves. The reason I fought this matter in the courts with great veracity was because my son's life was jeopardize, my wife's (who is an Army veteran) tears were a daily occurrence, and my responsibility as a Christian man to ensure that no one else blindly walk into the quagmire of deceit that we bared.

Hence, we did win an $8,000 judgment that was never paid, but we spent $15,000 in attorney's fees to litigate this matter and ensure there was a legal paper trail on what was done to my family. This was never about attempting to win a financial windfall. The crux was that we are all human beings regardless of social-economic status, and everybody merits the respect and dignity that we expect reciprocated to us and which is demanded by our Creator!

Now for all the junior detectives out there and meimber "ObscureClaire," you can cross me off your list of suspects as I have been living on the East coast since mid-June when I retired from the military after serving this sensational nation for 30 years. Wow. I want to say how sick it makes me that you and your family had to go through that. Here you were, just home to your wife and baby after serving in one of the scariest, most dangerous regions on earth and you were subjected to that?

And now this. This must be horrible for you. Because you know how you were treated and it's hard to feel sorrow for adults who have behaved this way. Yet you are big enough to recognize the tragedy involved. That's impressive.

Adding to what you've gone through, you have people looking suspiciously at you simply because you were principled and determined enough to not let them get away with it.

Police said it might be a double homicide and it didn't seem to be a murder/suicide. So it did occur to me they left the possibility of a double suicide unstated. I was being cagey though because of the implications that would mean for the little one being shot too.

I hope, amongst all the wheeler dealing, the Sachs managed to make provision for the minor children. If the little boy doesn't recover from his paralysis, he's going to require so much care. I'm afraid Russian authorities might demand he is returned - there is still a lot of sensitivity over adoption after that adopted child was sent back alone from the US.

I just watched the local news here on NBC. They said one gun was used and the killer was familiar with the house…had definitely been inside before. Also said one of the teenage girls at home was shot at but missed. Also that there were six liens against the couple. Interviewed another commercial tenant who said he didn't care that they were dead. This video report is not online yet. When it shows up I will post the link.

Did anyone else hear one of the teenagers was shot at? I didn't read it in the article linked below and don't remember hearing it on any news stations either. All I hear was they thought the girls were hiding or the person didn't know they were there or existed.

Children are murdered by mafia, cartels, the mentally ill (i.e., Sandy Hook) and even by their own family members. They are not off limits any more. They are made to pay the price for their parents' "sins". Makes me beyond angry and sad.

There isn't anywhere completely safe. No matter what security measures we put in place, if someone really wants to get in, they will.

Some questions I have:

If this was a professional hit man, cartel or mafia, wouldn't they ensured that there were no survivors?

Was the home's security armed? Due to the ongoing issues this couple faced, one would think that their home would be armed during the middle of the night.

The daughter called 911. Generally, if a home is armed and someone breaks in, the the security company contacts the owners and then authorities. So, was it on, or was it disarmed? If the former, why? If the later, how and by whom?

I read in an article the code was entered. Not sure how accurate that is, but the security system would know. One of our homes is a few subdivisions down in a gated community and we have a security system. It is fairly common because of the cost of homes and what people have in them. It is such a safe community and I do feel they were targeted but this still does have many frightened.

local NBC news. The reporter was quoting a source. It could be that the source was wrong as often happens when stories first break. I haven't heard anything since.

Russian authorities have no standing to demand anything. Russian adoptions are finalized before they leave Russia. The kid is now an American citizen, if he was adopted from Russia to begin with, and will be treated no different from any of their minor children who survived.

Ok so let me get this straight...the children have been through their parents divorcing and lost a sibling in a tragic way, so their Mom decides to move to another state without them for tax purposes? With the history of this couple, I find it hard to believe the child was the target. Additionally, if the child was targeted by the Russian Mafia, the child would be dead. Instead it was overkill on the two adults.

I still think this will lead back to the parents "business dealings". OTOH, if it ws someone close to them, they certainly have plenty of red herrings to offer and LE could be chasing their tails for some time to come.

In general, PD's in Orange County, are pretty laughable. Anything more than barking dogs and they are over their heads.

When according to her affidavit, she bought several properties during her grieving period, so I'm wondering if she formed different companies/businesses under different LLC's with that money and bought houses etc. with it. I know I read in one of the articles that someone said they only divorced for business purposes...who does that?

I think they were asking her the ages of her kids and whether or not they lived with her at that time, because if they divorced and had joint custody, then I'm sure there would be some stipulation about them not taking them out of state. Joint custody doesn't work the way she's describing.

Nancy, a small caveat: we have liens on all the properties we were able to find in the counties of Riverside and Orange County. However, just a couple of months ago we were informed that Andra was liquidating a bunch of her properties. Andra was able to sell one of the properties we had a lien on in Perris by submitting the paperwork under Lana Land and we had filed it against LanaLand. By her spacing the company's name on the documents it went under the radar and liens would not surface unless the name is "exact." Indeed, our attorney in California is filing the proper paperwork in probate court as I write. Also, I was told by my attorney that the home where the homicide occurred has a multitude of liens on them, but Andra must have thought that possibility too because she has the house titled under her deceased mother's name so I'm not sure how that's going to play out with the lien-holders that will come knocking.
